Wanli Chen practices in the area of intellectual property law. Wanli has extensive experience representing clients in a wide array of patent-related matters, including strategic counseling, patent diligence, freedom to operate analysis, patent prosecution and patent litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the U.S. District Court and the International Trade Commission, including patent, copyright, trademark, and antitrust matters. His practice involves a wide range of technologies, including software and hardware, semiconductor devices, networking software, electronic devices, wireless communication networks, network security and storage, advertisements, cloud security, quantum computing, telecommunication, AR/VR, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and web-based and mobile applications.
Prior to joining Rimon, Wanli worked at an AM100 law firm and a boutique IP litigation firm in the area of IP litigation and prosecution.
