Shain Roche works as a law clerk at Rimon’s Boston office. He drafts legal memoranda, reviews client cases, and provides research assistance to the attorneys in order to find or create solutions to legal issues. Mr. Roche also files records in the Massachusetts Probate Courts.
Prior to joining Rimon, Shain interned at the Law Office of Michael J. Ring in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he conducted legal research in Real Estate and Probate law, drafted legal documents for real estate transactions and motions for probate hearings, and interfaced with Middlesex Probate and Family Court. Additionally, Shain spent the summer of 2018 as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary Rudolph Black in the Middlesex Probate and Family Court. Mr. Roche researched various legal concepts in Family and Probate law and assisted in drafting judgments and orders for Judge Black.
Shain received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2017. He is currently pursuing his J.D. at Suffolk University Law School and will graduate in May of 2020
