Professional Experience

Laurel Grass is an associate in the Litigation group at Rimon Law, P.C. With over a decade’s experience as a prosecutor. Ms. Grass has extensive knowledge of the law relating to financial services, money laundering, and banking compliance. She has managed over 2,000 criminal cases to success and has been recognized for excellence by three District Attorneys and County Commissioners.

During her tenure at the District Attorney’s Office of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Ms. Grass launched and managed the Economic Crime and Counter Terrorism Units. Projects in which she pivoted efficient solutions in government include: executing a team plan to clear out prostitution, starting an Ebay Forfeiture Inventory Clearance program, and streamlining Pennsylvania economic criminal Bills of Information.

As a Special Assistant US Attorney, Ms. Grass co-prosecuted large-scale fiduciary fraud.  She served for several years as a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Department of Justice Money Laundering Committee. Ms. Grass liaised with federal, state, and local law enforcement and founded the Fraud and Compliance Management Team for the Delaware Valley Region. She developed a Bank Secrecy Act Case referral program with the FBI, and led a county-wide team to reorganize the Montgomery County SWAT Team, in consultation with the Israel Police. At the Montgomery County Solicitor’s Office, most notably, Ms. Grass assisted in complex real estate conservation purchases for Montgomery County’s open space, trails, and parks plan with a budget of $150M.

Ms. Grass received a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University. She earned a B.A. from Carnegie-Mellon University, as a Triple Major Professional and Creative Writing and Self Defined Communications.

Ms. Grass is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, where she currently resides. She leads a pro bono project in Israel, which takes her to Israel periodically.
