Jon McCrae is an IT Support Specialist at Rimon. His duties include support staff and attorneys with both software and hardware needs. Monitor and resolve help desk tickets as they come in.
Prior to Rimon, Jon worked as a Desktop Admin for a company of over 800 employees. He supported help desk staff with any issues they needed help resolving. Jon Managed VIOP phone systems, hardware upgrades, antivirus servers, and large company-wide projects.
