Ms. Gonzalez is Rimon's Palo Alto receptionist/assistant. She welcomes visitors to the firm and handles their inquiries. She maintains employee and department directories. Additionally, she processes all mail and performs various secretarial duties for the firms' Partners.
She maintains the reception area in accordance with firm procedures to ensure that it is safe and clean at all times.
Prior to joining Rimon, she staffed the front desk for another law firm, where, in addition to greeting visitors and directing telephone calls, she handled all the conference room bookings, lunch ordering and events planning.
