Dara Factor is an associate attorney in Rimon’s Trust and Estates, Private Client, and Tax Groups. Dara assists high net worth individuals and families with developing complex trust and estate planning and general corporate matters to preserve and protect their wealth. She also advises family businesses on succession planning and general corporate matters, as well as matters pertaining to charitable planning and giving.
Prior to Rimon, Dara was a legal intern for corporate counsel of a major real estate holding company, she worked on general legal relations including employment discrimination claims, food management and safety compliance, and assisted in the negotiation of vendor agreements. Additionally, Ms. Factor was a compliance intern for Wolf & Company, P.C., here she provided guidance to small and large financial institutions throughout the New England region on the state and federal prerequires and assisted those clients in meeting their applicable regulatory burdens. She performed legal research, consistently monitored and updated auditing guides and authored legal memoranda on the current and prospective changes to the law and their application to the clients she was serving.
Dara received her Bachelor in Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Law from Florida Atlantic University, where she graduated magna cum laude, in 2015. She received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2018, where she maintained recognition on the Dean’s list. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
