Ms. Factor drafts legal memoranda for review and approval, identifying issues within cases and outlining possible outcomes and relevant remedies to further client interests. In addition to maintaining case files and client correspondence, Dara performs research and analyzes applicable law, keeping updated on relevant changes; drafts case documents and correspondence; reviews discovery materials; and files pleadings and other legal documents.
Prior to Rimon, Dara was a summer legal intern for corporate counsel, working on general legal relations including employment discrimination claims, food management and safety compliance, and vendor agreements. Additionally, Ms. Factor was a compliance intern for Wolf & Company, P.C. where she provided guidance to clients regarding the Uniform Commercial Code and state-specific law throughout the New England region, performed legal research, and drafted memoranda addressing changes within the regulatory system applicable to financial institutions and auditing.
Dara graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in business law. She is currently pursuing her J.D. at Suffolk University Law School, where she is on the Dean's List, and will graduate in May of 2018.
