Benjamin Rosenberg is an associate in the Startups and Sports and Entertainment Law groups of Rimon, P.C. As his practice focuses on the Miami start-up community, Mr. Rosenberg works to cultivate relationships with start-up entrepreneurs, investors, and organizations that provide ancillary support and services such as incubators.
As an associate at a previous law firm, Mr. Rosenberg was responsible for generating business opportunities and deal flow for the firm, in addition to handling litigation, transactional and other matters for its related business entity and sports practice. Most notably, he worked on a $80M P3 project in south Miami for a multi-sports facility.
Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg proudly volunteers his time on the FIU President's Council, the FIU College of Law Alumni Association Executive Board, and with HYPE Miami, which is the young leadership division of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. He is passionate in his responsibility of orchestrating large- scale events, such as NCAA's March Madness Tournament and the South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
