Rimon Partner Pamela Egan was named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Inclusion in the Fellows list is restricted to less than one percent of attorneys licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. The nominations come from other current Fellows in each legal realm and the final election is made by the Board of the American Bar Foundation.
The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Established in 1955, the Fellows support the research of the American Bar Foundation through their annual contributions and sponsor seminars and events of direct relevance to the legal profession.
Ms. Egan's practice focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and other insolvency-related matters. In addition, she counsels clients on fraudulent conveyance, illegal dividend, preferential transfer, fiduciary duty and corporate formalities issues. Read her full biography here
