“Scott’s deep level of experience in handling all manners of financing work makes him a real asset for our group. Our clients are interested in attorneys who are not surprised by anything they face – lawyers who have seen and done it. Scott fits that bill perfectly,” said Michael Moradzadeh, Rimon, P.C.’s CEO.
“I’ve been very impressed with Rimon. They have quickly established the firm as one that boasts a community of excellent attorneys who have the legal competency and understanding of their client’s business to provide efficient and effective representation. I look forward to being a part of the Rimon team,” said Mr. Kaye.
Prior to going into the law, Mr. Kaye served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a sonar technician. Mr. Kaye received his J.D. from the University of Florida and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
Rimon has established itself as an innovator in the legal industry and the corporate finance representations.
