Minneapolis (May 13, 2014) Increasing its strong team of corporate finance partners working to help start-ups and entrepreneurs gain financing for their growth, Rimon, P.C. has named Jennifer Dasari as a partner in its Minneapolis office.

Ms. Dasari has worked as an attorney at Rimon for the last year. Prior to that, she worked at other prominent mid-West firms, including Gray Plant Mooty, Minnesota’s longest-standing law firm.

Rimon has established itself as a innovator in the legal industry and the corporate finance representations. The firm boasts leading start-up and entrepreneurial attorneys in the field, including Frank Vargas, a noted entrepreneur and investment banker who splits his time between the firm’s Minneapolis and Palo Alto offices.

The Financial Times recognized Rimon on its list of most innovative law firms and the firm’s managing partners were both named ‘Legal Rebels’ by the American Bar Association Journal.

Ms. Dasari has focused her practice on representing companies in all aspects of corporate financing work, including private equity, venture and angel financing and mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels clients in corporate governance and commercial transactions, as well as walked start-ups through the challenges facing entrepreneurs in launching new companies.

Among the matters she has been particularly active on includes negotiating stock purchase, asset purchase and merger agreements. She also represents private equity funds in formation and investment deals.

“Jennifer has proven herself to be an extremely skilled navigator in guiding companies through the difficult early stages of acquiring financing. Our clients have noted Jennifer’s talents at handling the most challenging problems that crop up. Her skills, and the long list of transactions she’s closed, show that she is a valuable member of our team,” said Michael Moradzadeh, CEO of Rimon, P.C.

“I originally joined Rimon because it was a natural fit – I represent entrepreneurs and risk takers, and Rimon fits that description perfectly. It is a true entrepreneurial firm and the firm’s attorneys understand the issues, challenges and concerns that entrepreneur and start-ups face when they launch,” said Ms. Dasari.

Ms. Dasari received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
