Dennis Raglin Inducted into the International Association of Defense Counsel

Complex Litigation and Prop 65 Partner Dennis Raglin was inducted into the International Association of Defense Counsel, IADC. The IADC is the premier litigation defense organization, comprised of corporate litigators, in-house counsel and insurance lawyers throughout the United States and Europe. Induction into the organization is both an honor and a statement by one’s peers of having achieved a broad level of experience in the areas of litigation and the defense of corporate and/or insurance clients. Mr. Raglin has joined various IADC committees including Products Liability, Drug, Device & Biotechnology, Environmental and Energy Law and Trial Techniques & Practices.
Mr. Raglin has over twenty years of extensive litigation and trial experience and focuses his practice on the defense of products liability matters, with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical cases. Founded in 1920, the IADC is an invitation-only professional association for corporate and insurance defense lawyers and insurance executives around the world.
