As part of its Direct Brand Summit, IAB (The Interactive Advertising Bureau) has issued its “Legal Guide for Direct Brands.” Rimon partner Dror Futter contributed a chapter discussing founder agreements, hiring employees and fundraising.
Dror Futter provides legal and business counsel to venture investors, startups, and growth stage technology companies. His fifteen years’ experience as in-house counsel includes positions with Vidyo, Inc., a venture-backed videoconferencing company, and New Venture Partners, a venture fund focused on corporate spinouts.
