How Companies Work with Start-Up Suppliers and Vendors - ABA Webinar

Partner Dror Futter will be a panelist on an ABA webinar discussing the different issues that arise when start-up companies become suppliers to larger, more established companies, and how to improve the likelihood of success for those relationships.
This presentation will address ways in which established companies can mitigate risks when contracting with start-ups through due diligence, contract terms and contingency planning.  In addition, it will highlight contract provisions common to sourcing agreements that are particularly challenging for start-ups, but may deliver limited value to their established customers.
